Dayan Refael has B.Sc. (Agriculture) and an LL.B.. He established the applied research stations in the Arava Desert & the Arava R&D Station and the Dead-Sea R&D Station. Refael has considerable experience over the last 25 years in setting up worldwide agricultural projects in over 30 countries. Some of his notable projects include; Greenhouses, Poultry, Dairy, Field-crops, Aquaculture, Floriculture and others. Refael is also the founder of the ASTC (Agricultural Services and Training Centers) for developing countries which has had great impact over the last decade for job creation and food security projects that have been implemented in several countries.

Dror Dayan has a B.Sc. Industrial Engineering & Management and MBA
Dror manages worldwide agricultural Turn-Key projects in the fields of: protected cultivation, open fields crops, livestock, dairy farms, poultry, aquaculture and more.
Dror also manages the logistics issues of our projects.
ALON RAGOLSKY

Alon Ragolsky has a B.A. in Economics and Business Management and a M.A. in Policy and Public Administration.
Alon heads all the financial aspects of our projects. He has extensive experience in preparing business plans and feasibility studies for agricultural projects worldwide.
DAWID CORNELIUS DURANDT
GENERAL MANAGER
David has extensive experience in managing agricultural projects including infrastructure preparation, employee management, procurement and logistics.
He is the General Manager of Zambia Project, which is under construction in Luena, Zambia.
BEN VAN DIJK
POULTRY SPECIALIST
Ben has 37 years of experience in the fields of Marketing, Sales and Logistics.
He is working 16 years in poultry and livestock Turnkey Projects development.
Ben has a deep acquaintance and vast experience in emerging markets in Asia and Africa.
ORI ENHORN
AQUACULTURE SPECIALIST
Ori provides a profound understanding of aquaculture development experience, planning and the requirements for implementation. Over 25 years of experience of end to end production solutions from conceptual planning through detailed design, implementation, post-harvest solutions and management of commercial aquaculture production projects and rural development schemes over the globe.
EYAL BEN NATAN
PROJECT MANAGER
Eyal Ben Natan has a B.A. in Business Management and M.A. in Logistics.
Eyal has more than 12 years of experience in logistic and managing global projects in agricultural Turn-Key projects in the fields of protected cultivation, open fields crops and more.
Eyal managed 2 projects for Green 2000 when he worked in Netafim as a global project manager.
ZIV MATALON
DAIRY SPECIALIST
Ziv Matalon has B.A. in Agricultural Economics.
Our lead dairy specialist is the private owner of a 500 milking cow dairy farm with annual yields averaging 12,000 liters per cow. Ziv is also Chairman of a large feed center with an annual production of 150,000 MT of TMR feed for 15,000 cattle head.

Eran Dayan has a B.Sc. (Agriculture) and a MBA.
Eran is an expert in finding the right vegetable varieties for different regions and climates. Eran provides continuous agricultural services to projects and growers around the globe.

COUNTRY MANAGER - IVORY COAST
Giora Perl has over 25 years of managing agricultural projects worldwide ,Mainly in West Africa.
Giora is the Country Manager for all Green 2000 projects in Ivory Coast.
MEIR VALER
COUNTRY MANAGER - SENEGAL
Meir Valer has over 17 years of managing large scale agricultural projects around the world, which he was in charge both on the agricultural and construction aspects. He owns a farm himself and uses it in various cultivations methods.
Meir is the Country Manager for all Green 2000 projects in Senegal

BOOKKEEPER
Tim is a highly experienced finance professional with over 25 years of expertise in bookkeeping and financial management across multiple roles and organizations. Residing in Holland, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in handling various financial responsibilities.
In his current role, Tim is responsible for managing daily financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
